Buses (doc 05 §38): groups of nets routed lane by lane.
The connections of a group between two components are routed one after the other in the order of their pins, each steered along the neighbour routed before it, on the same layers; nets outside the groups do not rip them. skew > 0: meanders in the clean-up bring the members' lengths (tracks and via height, as KiCad's skew check) within it. Empty = off.
