Work profile (doc 10 §2, D88): how many of each costly operation a run did, per phase.

The counts depend only on the board, the options and the work budget, so the same job gives the same profile on any machine and at any thread count. The –work budget charges expansions and flood cells; the other counts are what it does not charge.
