Simple Route JSON fan-out problems (tscircuit's fanout31) are imported with: plane terminations (buses[].termination) as zones, breakout points on the layer connectionExitTargets names, --unpointed-keepout (pads of a net that no connection point lies on are keep-outs), --outline-margin-mm, and the extension field tracemakerTrackLayers (layers outside it get a rule area that forbids tracks and lets vias through). Clearance is the stated track width, 0.08128 mm

Alternatives

Model the far chip's pads as part of the problem (rejected: it asks for 149 connections the benchmark does not score)

Reason

The problem asks for the fan-out at the SoC only and its nets name the far chip's pads; without these the first case routed 51 of 149 connections, with them 100 of 100. The clearance sits between the stated trace-to-pad 0.05 mm and pad-to-pad 0.1 mm (doc 08 §9; doc 16 §10)
