Check WholeBoard's dependencies and install the ones that need no administrator rights.

The install.sh / install.ps1 scripts install the system packages (Python, KiCad, compilers) and then run this. Everything installed here goes under ~/.wholeboard/tools.

install_ngspice(log=print)

macOS: Homebrew. Windows: the official build into ~/.wholeboard/tools/ngspice. Linux: the distribution's package (needs sudo, so this only says what to run).
