JLCPCB limits and other fabs

This page is written from wholeboard/jlc/capabilities.json and wholeboard/jlc/fabs.py each time the site is built. To change it, change the code.

JLCPCB's manufacturing limits, written into each board's .kicad_dru so KiCad's DRC checks them. Values are millimetres. Edit them when JLCPCB's capabilities page changes. 'cost' lists features JLCPCB makes but charges extra for; the quote adds them as lines.
