polygon_outline(points)

A board outline from a polygon (mm from the board's top-left).

footprint_instance(fp, ref, value, x, y, rot=0.0, locked=False, pad_nets=None, extra_props=None, sheet_link=None, bottom=False)

A board footprint built from a library footprint, on the top side or flipped onto the bottom.

build(spec, out_dir)

Write .kicad_pcb and .kicad_pro. Returns paths and placement notes.

fixed_copper(spec)

Tracks and vias the router must keep (hand-routed in KiCad), locked.

add_ground_pour(pcb_path, spec)

Add a ground pour on the outer layers (after routing). Returns False if not wanted.
